Create a bot with @BotFather on Telegram, copy your bot token, and paste it in TeleSync settings. Connection takes under 60 seconds — no coding required.

Enter your phone number in TeleSync, verify the SMS code Telegram sends you, and optionally enter your 2FA password if you have Cloud Password enabled. Your personal Telegram account is then connected and you can send messages as yourself via CRM workflows. You can keep a bot connection active at the same time — both run side by side on the same location.

TeleSync provides 6 triggers: New Message Received, New Subscriber, Bot Command (/start, /help, etc.), Media Received (photos, videos, documents), Contact Reactivated (replies after 7+ days silence), and Message Failed (delivery failures).
